Timothy Mak heads the firm as managing director. He has over 20 years’ experience in commercial law, working with major retailers and franchisors and taking a number of brands from a single to having a worldwide presence in multiple overseas countries.
He was most recently franchising and commercial disputes practice leader with LegalVision, earning many 5 star reviews from clients across a broad spectrum of commercial matters. He maintains a good working relationship with LegalVision and is often referred matters that are more appropriately addressed outside LegalVision’s scope of work.
